Restrictions on fandom removed! 03/27/05- Restrictions on fandom are removed! This includes restrictions on online fanfiction, RP, and any rules that were previously in place. Groups no longer has to undergo the approval process. You are allowed to post fanfic online, participate in chat RPs, and do other things with characters and dragons that you were not previously allowed to do. This is pretty exciting because it means that fandom can go back to some of the more loose rules it once had, hopefully within reason. Don't overdo it, kids! :) We have not yet determined how this will affect Pernese Online. -Webmaster
