K'tcha, male-28; H=Med. Blond hair, short and swept back E=Green Ht=5'7" Bld=Compact but trim and toned,

Hates criticism, and reacts badly to it. Always seems to root for the underdog in any situation, except himself. He is gallant, but a little shy. Seems to be able to pick up strong emotions in others. Very few people have ever seen him angry or upset to the point of hysterics. HE has a good sense of when people need support and when they need to stand on their own He has watched dragonriders crippled and killed by illicit drug use and developed an almost pathological need to stop the trade among the Weyrfolk.
